Celecoxib has less side effects on the gastrointestinal tract. If there is stomach disease or gastrointestinal discomfort, celecoxib can be selected. 2. Glucocorticoids can enhance the local anti-inflammatory effect. The commonly used drugs are dexamethasone, prednisone, methylprednisolone, etc. 3. Mecobalamin or vitamin B complex tablets, both of which have the effect of nourishing nerves, can promote the recovery of symptoms of the compressed median nerve.
