Fried vermicelli with cabbage is economical, light and delicious, and more importantly, it is very delicious!
Operation method
Choose hand-made noodles (I use Dingxi potato noodles), break the noodles into small pieces, and soak them in cold water for 3-4 hours.
Rinse cabbage and control water.
Cut the cabbage crosswise into strips.
Put a proper amount of lard into the cold pot, and when the oil is eight minutes hot, add cabbage and stir fry.
When the cabbage becomes soft, pour in the soaked noodles and stir fry them together.
Then add some soy sauce and salt, and pour half a bowl of boiled water or stock, because the noodles are very absorbent, otherwise they will stick to the pan.
A few drops of vinegar will taste better before cooking.
