The female's vulva has acne, which is the manifestation of folliculitis. It is mainly because the local hair follicles are infected with bacteria, mainly caused by Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus albus infection. The local skin has small wounds, or because of personal immune decline, bacteria invade, causing red papules, pustules, nodules and pain. If it is not particularly serious and the quantity is not large, then it can be directly applied with external drugs, such as mupirocin, compound polymyxin B, and fusidic acid. If the symptoms are relatively serious and recurrent, it can be combined with oral drugs, such as isotretinoin, clarithromycin, and minocycline.
