Acute keratitis, also known as bacterial keratitis. It is usually caused by infection with pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, the disease is infectious. It is suggested that isolation work should be done to prevent close contact infection after the above symptoms occur. The onset of this disease is usually rapid, and often accompanied by corneal trauma or long-term history of wearing contact lenses. The clinical symptoms include photophobia, tearing, eye pain, decreased vision in different degrees, blepharospasm, etc. On physical examination, edema of eyelid and bulbar conjunctiva, ciliary congestion, tenderness, keratitis and corneal ulcer can be seen. This disease usually has a serious impact on vision. Once it appears, it is recommended to give active anti infection symptomatic treatment. Corneal transplantation can be considered after the formation of corneal perforation or scar.
