As an intelligent mobile office platform launched by Alibaba, NaiNail can customize flexible working hours to create exclusive working hours for shift workers and freelancers. Let's take a look at the setting methods with Xiao Bian.
Set working hours:
Log in to the nailing PC client, find [Management Background] in the upper right corner of the main interface, and log in to the background with the administrator password.
Enter the management background and click Workbench - Attendance Settings - Shift Management.
Find the shift to select, or click Add Shift
Set shift name, number of on and off duty times, on duty time, rest time, whether to open off duty, lateness rules, etc., and set it to fixed shift system or shift arrangement system. After setting, the shift will be automatically displayed in the shift.
Select the shift you just created, click the attendance group to select the participants, and then click OK.
If no attendance group has been set, click Add Attendance Group, and select the corresponding attendance group name, attendance personnel, non attendance personnel, attendance type, etc. Currently, the attendance types supported include fixed shift system (consistent attendance time per day), shift scheduling system (user-defined attendance time), and free working hours (open at any time without setting shifts).
Add a special date, a date that must be punched and a date that does not need to be punched. Click OK after setting.
After all settings are completed, click Save Settings below to make the settings take effect.
