brief introduction
Greenfish Icon Editor (GFIE for short) is an open source, free and powerful icon, cur animation cursor and icon editor.
GFIE has layers and tools similar to PS, which is easy to operate. It supports the import and mutual conversion of ICO, CUR, ANI, PNG, JPG and other formats, and can directly edit the icons in EXE and DLL.
GFIE also has PS like filter functions, including color adjustment, sharpening/blurring, transparency, shadow, bevel, etc., which can quickly and conveniently adjust the image visual effect. Its function is not inferior to some old icon editors.
Single file description
The default language is set to Simplified Chinese;
Mask the read/write registry to avoid the residual key problem that may be caused by file association;
Simplify useless files such as help HTML files, some multinational languages, and example files;
The single file version software settings are stored in the "data" folder of the directory where the program is located;
Due to the single file, 32-bit programs can normally read and write to the configuration file, while 64 bit programs can only read and not write to the configuration file; However, the configuration file of 32/64 bit program is universal. If you want to modify the program settings, you can run the 32-bit program first, adjust the corresponding settings, exit, and then run the 64 bit program.
