Establish an organizational mechanism to ensure continuous promotion

Establish working mechanism and comprehensively and systematically promote

At the same time, guided by traditional culture, and combined with the culture of family rules and family instructions, moral evaluation and other culture in our district, we organized and carried out activities such as "Top Ten" council selection, filial piety and loving parents moral model, family rules and family instructions as dowry, to inherit moral culture and cultivate civilized habits. The third is villagers' autonomous management. Each village (community), through extensive consultation, implements "one village, one policy" in accordance with different bad habits in different places, and forms the Village Rules and Regulations and the House Convention with its own characteristics. The masses were organized to elect the "Five Elders", "Villagers", "Duguan", etc. to form the Red and White Council in the form of auditions, formulate the Articles of Association of the Red and White Council, strengthen the supervision before, during and after the event, and establish nine categories of accounts for college entrance examination students, new housing, unmarried youth, pregnant women waiting to give birth, seriously ill and elderly people, children under the age of one year. Especially this year, in order to effectively integrate resources, the Red and White Council, the Habitat Environment Improvement Council and the Democratic Review Council were integrated to establish the Villagers' Council, further strengthening the autonomy function of grass-roots organizations. The district level awarded the advanced towns (streets) 30000 yuan every quarter, and the town level distributed nearly 200000 yuan of rewards and subsidies for changing customs to villages (communities) every year. The third is the mechanism of social participation and investment. We held a mass meeting of local people and a homecoming friends' association, and concentrated everyone's efforts to raise money for charity, which was used to carry out a series of activities, such as accompanying empty nest elderly people, condolence and assistance to the lost families, caring for children left behind, caring for students in the golden autumn, free Spring Festival couplets, and frugal New Year celebration, and injected deep warmth into the work of changing customs by caring for special groups.

Establish reward and punishment mechanism and strictly push forward
