Job description
1. Assist the Marketing Department to comprehensively coordinate daily sales affairs;
2. Responsible for the collection and sorting of bidding information, the preparation of bidding documents, on-site bidding and other work;
3. Assist the sales team to prepare and sort out promotional materials and contract documents;
4. Assist the sales personnel in sorting, collecting and archiving various reports and data;
5. Supporting work of pre-sales and after-sales data and documents;
6. Exhibition hall reception and product introduction, site reservation, material preparation, etc;
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, major in marketing, administration or related is preferred;
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience as marketing assistant/sales assistant;
3. Good organization and time management ability, able to complete multiple tasks efficiently;
4. Excellent understanding, expression and coordination skills, good at cross departmental communication and cooperation;
5. Strong learning ability, execution ability, overall planning ability and anti pressure ability.
