Job description
1. Be responsible for on-site networking, installation, commissioning, acceptance and delivery of instruments and intelligent laboratory equipment;
2. On site training and explanation of equipment use, customer application guidance;
3. Follow up the use of users, return visit and maintain customer relations;
4. Be responsible for the patrol inspection of users, and feed back users' use and opinions to the company in time;
5. Provide technical consultation, hardware maintenance, parts replacement and after-sales service support.
Job requirements
1. Full time college degree or above;
2. Be familiar with the project delivery management process, and have more than three years of experience in instrument and equipment installation, maintenance, commissioning and other related work;
3. Strong communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving ability;
4. Have good expression ability and be able to independently complete customer delivery training;
5. Strong awareness of customer service and brand maintenance;
5. Adapt to national business trip (generally 1-2 days).
