01 High efficiency filter leak detection system
For leakage detection of high-efficiency filter, the PAO generator is usually used to generate dust at the upstream of the filter, and the photometer is used to detect the aerosol concentration at the upstream and downstream of the filter to determine whether the filter has leakage. The purpose of dust generation is because the dust particle concentration at the upstream of the high efficiency filter is low. It is difficult to detect leakage with only the particle counter under the condition of no dust generation. It is necessary to supplement the dust generation to find the leakage clearly and easily.
When the air flow is pumped to the light scattering chamber by vacuum pump, the particles in it scatter light to the photomultiplier tube. In a photomultiplier tube, light is converted into an electrical signal, which is amplified and digitized and analyzed by a microprocessor to determine the intensity of scattered light. By comparing with the signal generated by the reference material, the mass concentration of particulate matter in the gas can be directly measured, so it is widely used.
02 Air volume hood
GTI620 air volume hood is an intelligent test instrument integrating air volume test, wind speed test and micro differential pressure test. It is widely applicable to air speed and air volume test in places such as air conditioners and pipes, and can conduct high-precision micro differential pressure test.
03 Handheld micro differential pressure gauge

It is suitable for measuring the positive pressure, negative pressure and differential pressure of gas.
