At about 4:00 am recently, a large group of traffic police from Nanjing Expressway stopped a small SUV while checking the passing vehicles at the Shanghai Nanjing Expressway Maqun Public Security Checkpoint. It was found that the driver Lv was suspected of driving after drinking. Afterwards, the traffic police took Lv to the inspection station for breath alcohol detection, and the detection value was 86mg/100ml, which reached the drunk driving standard.
It is learned that Mr. Lv, who works in Changzhou, asked for leave from the factory to return to his hometown in Yunnan because of something at home. When a well connected fellow worker learned that, he invited Mr. Lv to have a meal and drink as his farewell party. When asked by the traffic police, Mr. Lv said that he only drank a bottle of beer during the dinner party at night. After drinking a bottle of beer, he could still drive drunk in the early morning? The traffic police were very puzzled. After repeated confirmation, Lv said that he would take a picture. It turned out that a bottle of beer in his mouth was a bucket of draft beer. This "bottle" was not another "bottle".
The traffic police took him to the hospital for blood sampling. After testing, the alcohol content in Lv's blood per 100 milliliters reached 88.8 mg, which was determined as drunk driving. Mr. Lv will not only face the punishment of imprisonment and fine for less than six months, but also his driving license will be revoked according to law, and he will not be allowed to obtain a new motor vehicle driving license within five years.
