Shandong Vocational College is a provincial public full-time ordinary higher vocational college. It was founded in 1951 as Jinan Railway Machinery School. It was originally under the management of Jinan Railway Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. It was upgraded to Jinan Railway College from 1958 to 1963. In 2000, it was approved by the provincial government to be transformed into Jinan Railway Vocational and Technical College. In 2004, it was directly under the management of the Provincial Department of Education. In 2010, it was renamed as Shandong Vocational College. The school is the only higher vocational college with railway industry background in the province, the national backbone higher vocational college, and the high-level specialty group construction unit of the national "double high plan".

3、 Recruitment conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

8. 9. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

2. Qualification review

The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment. Candidates should truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information materials. If the relevant materials and information provided by the candidate are untrue, they will be disqualified once found.

(1) Online preliminary qualification examination

The school conducts preliminary qualification review according to the applicants' registration information. The results of preliminary qualification review are notified through the "recruitment system". Please pay attention in time. Those who fail to submit the application materials as required shall be deemed as not meeting the application conditions and shall not pass the examination. Unclear matters should be consulted as early as possible within the specified registration time to avoid missing the registration time.

After enrollment, if the number of applicants for the position fails to reach the proportion of opening examination, the recruitment plan will be canceled if 1 person is planned to be recruited; If more than 2 persons are planned to be recruited, the number of recruited persons shall be reduced according to the specified proportion. The cancellation and reduction of posts shall be announced through the recruitment website. According to relevant regulations, the proportion of opening examinations for disabled recruitment posts is 1:2.

(2) Site qualification review

After the written examination, the on-site qualification review shall be conducted for the personnel to be interviewed according to the written examination results. The personnel participating in the on-site qualification review must go to the designated place for on-site qualification review at the specified time, and the overdue review will be deemed as automatic abandonment. The time, place and specific requirements of on-site qualification review will be notified on the registration website or recruitment system. Please pay attention to them in a timely manner and will not be notified separately. If the on-site qualification review is inconsistent with the online preliminary review, the on-site qualification review results shall prevail. If the review does not meet the post qualification requirements, their interview qualifications shall be canceled. (3) Examination

The time of printing the admission card and the specific time and place of the written examination and interview will be notified separately. 1. The examination for professional and technical posts at the primary and intermediate levels (except for doctoral posts) shall be conducted in a combination of written examination and interview.

The total score of the written test is 100 points, and the qualified score line of the written test is 60 points. The written examination mainly covers policies and regulations, current politics, pedagogy, psychology, higher education, vocational education knowledge, etc. There are no designated or reference materials. After the completion of the written examination, the written examination results will be published in the registration system, and the candidates who reach the qualified score line of the written examination will be determined according to the recruitment plan and the recruitment position according to the specified proportion of the written examination scores from high to low; If the number of qualified candidates in the written examination fails to reach the specified proportion, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified candidates.

The total score of the interview is 100, and the qualified score of the interview is 70. The teacher post interview adopts trial lecture and defense, the instructor post interview adopts leaderless group discussion, and the teaching assistant post interview adopts defense. The trial lecture mainly tests the applicants' ability to use professional knowledge in class, teaching methods and skills, and the leaderless group discussion, defense and other forms mainly test the applicants' professional knowledge, business common sense, comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, on-site adaptability, etc.

After the interview, the total score of the examination shall be 40%: 60% based on the written examination score and the interview score. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores shall be calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa shall be rounded off. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment plan are parallel, the candidates shall be determined according to the written examination scores from high to low; If the written examination results are the same, additional written examinations shall be adopted.

2. Intermediate positions for doctoral students

According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of provincial public institutions, the recruitment of doctoral candidates can be organized by means of simplified procedures and direct interviews. The interview is mainly to examine the professional knowledge, theoretical level, professional ability and work skills of the candidate to adapt to the position. The interview or interview method is adopted. The interview score is the total score of the exam. The total score is calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa is rounded; Set a score of 70 points for passing the interview, and those who reach the score can enter the scope of examination and physical examination.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

According to the recruitment position and the total score of the candidates, the proportion of 1:1.5 from high score to low score is used to determine the candidates to enter the scope of examination and physical examination, and the examination and physical examination are organized in equal amounts. The investigation is carried out by means of consulting files, individual conversations, key visits, etc., mainly investigating the ideological and political performance, moral conduct, ability and quality, learning and work performance, discipline and law compliance, integrity and self-discipline, job matching, and whether there are situations that should be avoided. Physical examination shall be carried out in general hospitals above the county level. The standards and items of physical examination shall refer to the Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (RSBF [2016] No. 140), and other national regulations shall prevail. If re examination is required according to regulations, it will not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re examination can only be carried out once. The result is subject to the re examination conclusion. If the applicant fails to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place, it shall be deemed as giving up.

(5) Publicized employment

The candidates who pass the examination, inspection and physical examination will be publicized on the website of Shandong Provincial Department of Education and Shandong Vocational College according to the regulations. After the list of candidates is publicized, they will not be supplemented. The publicity period is 7 working days. If there is no objection to the announcement, it shall be reported to the Education Department of Shandong Province and the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province for review and filing.
