According to the relevant regulations on public recruitment of public institutions, the relevant matters concerning the public recruitment of teachers in the "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" (hereinafter referred to as "special post teachers") in 2024 are announced as follows:

1、 Recruitment position

In 2024, the provincial recruitment plan will be 1011. For specific recruitment positions and requirements, see the Table of Special Post Teachers Recruitment Posts in Jiangxi Province in 2024 (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the Table of Posts).

2、 Recruitment objects and conditions

(1) Candidates must meet the following conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

3. Love education, abide by discipline and laws, be upright, and have no bad behavior records;

4. Have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate, academic degree and physical condition for the recruitment post;

5. Under the age of 30 (born on or after March 13, 1993).

6. Junior high school candidates must have a bachelor's degree or above, and primary school candidates must have a bachelor's degree or above or a junior college degree in normal education.

7. Have other qualifications required by the recruitment position.

(2) Circumstances of not applying for examination

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

2. Persons who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China or from public office;

3. Persons suspected of violating laws and disciplines who are under investigation, and those who have not yet been relieved of party discipline, government affairs and other punishments;

4. Persons who have been identified as having serious violations of discipline and rules in the examinations of civil servants at all levels, public institutions and other national examinations prescribed by law;

5. Persons who are listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;

6. Active servicemen;

7. Full time non 2024 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (full-time non 2024 graduates who are studying cannot apply for the exam with their obtained academic qualifications, such as master's degree students who are studying cannot apply for the exam with their obtained undergraduate or lower academic qualifications);

8. Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the situations listed in the Regulations on Personnel Management Avoidance of Public Institutions after employment; They are also not allowed to apply for the position of an employer who has husband and wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, or close marriage relationship with them as leading members;

9. Officially employed personnel of government agencies and institutions who have service requirements and are still in service;

10. Other circumstances under which teachers are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations.

(3) Notes on registration

For details, please refer to the Application Guide for Special Post Teachers Recruitment in Jiangxi Province in 2024 (Annex 2, hereinafter referred to as the Application Guide).

3、 Online registration

Online registration time: 9:00, March 17, 2024 to 17:00, March 21, 2024. The registration website is the recruitment and registration management system for special post teachers in Jiangxi Province( http://tgjs.jxedu.gov.cn/website/index.html )。

The registration is divided into three stages: online registration and registration, online qualification preliminary examination, and online printing of examination permit.

(1) Online registration and registration. Candidates log in to Jiangxi Province's special post teacher recruitment and registration management system within the specified time( http://tgjs.jxedu.gov.cn/website/index.html ), enter the candidate registration page, fill in the personal registration information truthfully, and upload the recent (within 6 months) electronic photo of the candidate (half length bareheaded front ID photo, white background color, 295 * 413 pixels, JPG format) for online registration. The registration information cannot be modified after submission. The examination sites are located in 11 districts and cities, and candidates can choose the examination site according to the actual situation when registering.

Candidates who register for the recruitment examination for special post teachers shall not repeatedly register for the recruitment examination for primary and secondary school teachers across the province on Jiangxi Personnel Examination Online. Repeated registration will be regarded as invalid registration, and the qualification for this examination will be cancelled.

(2) Preliminary online qualification review. The education bureaus of each county (city, district) with posts will conduct preliminary qualification examination for candidates who apply for posts in the county (city, district) from 9:00 on March 17 to 18:00 on March 21 from the background of Jiangxi Province's special post teacher recruitment and registration management system. During this period, candidates can log in to the system to view the approval status; If there is any objection to the audit results, it can be reported to the corresponding county (city, district) education bureau.

(3) Statistics of the number of applicants. In order to guide the examinees to enter for the exam in an orderly manner, the number of candidates who passed the qualification review for each recruitment post was announced at 17:00 on March 19 and 20, and then the system locked the number of candidates who passed the qualification review.

(4) Print the admission card online. Candidates can log in to Jiangxi Province's special post teacher recruitment management system from 9:00 on April 16 to 17:00 on April 19( http://tgjs.jxedu.gov.cn/website/index.html )Download and print the admission card.

4、 Written examination, adjustment, qualification examination and interview

This recruitment is conducted by combining written examination with interview.

(1) Written examination

1. Time. The written examination will be held on April 21, 2024 (9:00-11:00 a.m. for comprehensive education and 14:00-16:00 p.m. for professional knowledge).

2. Examination content. The written examination subjects are "Comprehensive Knowledge of Education" and the corresponding subject "Discipline and Professional Knowledge". The examination scope refers to the "Examination Outline for Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Jiangxi Province" (revised in 2022).

3. Score of examination subjects. The full score of the single subject test paper of Comprehensive Knowledge of Education is 100 points, and the full score of the single subject test paper of Professional Knowledge of Disciplines is 150 points.

4. Written examination results. The written examination results will be announced in the special post teacher recruitment management system of Jiangxi Province in early June. Candidates can query their written test scores in Jiangxi Province's special post teacher recruitment management system.

5. Determine the interviewees. The recruitment is determined according to the order of the written examination scores from high to low in the following proportion: for positions with 5 or fewer applicants, the proportion of interview is 1:3; For positions with 6 to 10 recruiters, the proportion of entrance interview is 1:2.5; For positions with 11 to 20 recruiters, the proportion of entrance interview is 1:2; For posts with 21 or more employees, the proportion of interview is 1:1.5. The list of interviewees will be published on the official website of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education and Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

(2) Online coordination

After the written examination results are published, the adjustment announcement will be issued, and the positions with insufficient number of candidates will be adjusted online. The first batch of candidates who have not been interviewed for the interview can voluntarily register online to participate in the transfer if they meet the application conditions for the transfer position. During reallocation registration, you cannot reallocate across the registration system (that is, candidates for "primary and secondary school teachers" and "special post teachers" cannot reallocate with each other).

(3) Qualification review

1. Interviewers must hold the original and copies of relevant materials required by the recruitment position to conduct on-site qualification review according to the time and place specified by the recruitment unit, and can participate in the interview only after passing the qualification review.

2. Qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified from the interview and employment once verified, and the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the examinee himself.

(4) Supplementary

For the vacancy of interviewees caused by canceling or abandoning the interview qualification, fill in the order of high score to low score in the written examination from the non candidates of the position. The filling personnel can participate in the interview only after passing the qualification review. If there is no one to fill in, an interview will be organized for the existing candidates. Those abandoned on the day of interview will not be replaced.

(5) Interview

The full score of the interview is 100 points. The interview mainly inspects the examinee's education and teaching level and ability, and generally takes the form of trial lecture, lecture presentation, professional presentation, etc. The specific date of the interview and related matters shall be separately announced by the education department of each post setting county (city, district).

5、 Calculation method of total score

The written examination and interview scores of primary and secondary school teachers (excluding music, sports and art) account for 50% respectively. The total score is calculated as follows: total score of candidates=written examination score × (50 ÷ total score of written examination)+interview score × (50 ÷ total score of interview). For example, if a candidate for the position of primary school Chinese teacher scored 200 points in both written examinations and 80 points in the interview, the total score of the candidate=200 × (50 ÷ 250)+80 × (50 ÷ 100)=80 points.

The written examination and interview scores of music, sports and art teachers account for 40% and 60% respectively. The total score is calculated as follows: total score of candidates=written examination score × (40 ÷ total score of written examination)+interview score × (60 ÷ total score of interview). For example, if a candidate for music, sports and art posts scored 150 points in both written examinations and 80 points in the interview, the total score of the candidate=150 × (40 ÷ 250)+80 × (60 ÷ 100)=72 points.

6、 Physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment

1. Determine the candidate according to the total score of written examination and interview from high to low. If the total score is the same, the candidate will be determined from high score to low score according to the interview score. After the physical examination, inspection and publicity, if there is no objection, go through the employment filing and other related procedures. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of Jiangxi Province on physical examination of applicants for teacher qualifications.

2. The local teacher recruitment leading group shall decide whether to fill the vacancy caused by the unqualified physical examination, inspection, publicity or the candidate's automatic abandonment.

7、 Supplementary report

After the interview, if there is still a vacancy in the position, the candidate will accept the supplementary report online. The supplementary report object is the person who has participated in the provincial primary and secondary school teacher recruitment examination and meets the requirements for special post teachers. After passing the qualification examination, the candidates shall be determined from high score to low score according to the written examination results.

8、 Discipline supervision and accountability

In the recruitment process, applicants who find out violations of disciplines and laws shall be seriously punished and investigated for responsibility in accordance with the Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Laws in Public Recruitment of Public Institutions and other laws and regulations. Those who have serious violations or discipline violations with serious circumstances, bad influence or especially serious circumstances and bad influence will be recorded in the integrity archives of public recruitment candidates of public institutions. If it is suspected of breaking the law or committing a crime, it shall be transferred to the relevant state organ for handling according to law. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

9、 Special post teachers' treatment guarantee

(1) Special post teachers are subject to contract management. The education department of the post setting county (city, district) signs a three-year employment agreement with teachers, which is included in the unified management scope of teachers in the school where they work. They enjoy the same treatment as local public teachers in terms of salary, allowance, professional title evaluation, merit evaluation and other policies.

(2) At the end of the three-year employment period, the special post teachers who have passed the assessment and voluntarily stayed in local schools will go through the employment and staffing procedures of public institutions after review, and the salary payment will be included in the local financial burden.

(3) The salary of special post teachers shall enjoy the treatment stipulated by the state, and no probation period shall be implemented.

(4) Gangxian County (City, District) shall handle personal accident insurance and various social insurance for special post teachers.

(5) Gangxian County (city, district) is set up to provide special post teachers with turnover dormitories and other necessary living conditions.

(6) Volunteers with teaching experience, retired soldiers of college students and graduates of normal universities who have participated in internship and teaching support for more than half a year are preferred under the same conditions. Eligible graduates from the county will return to the rural schools of the county where they were originally born to teach. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to employment.

10、 Other precautions

(1) This exam does not specify a book for exam guidance, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold exam guidance training classes.

(2) There is no registration fee for this exam.

(3) When candidates apply for the exam, please call the corresponding recruitment unit in the job table directly for questions about qualification review and specific job conditions.
