1、 Identified object
（1） People with household registration in this city.
（2） People with residence permits of other provinces and cities that are valid in this city.
（3） New graduates, college students and graduate students of non graduating grades who are enrolled in the national enrollment plan for ordinary colleges and universities in the city or who are registered in ordinary colleges and universities in other provinces and cities (of which, new graduates can only participate in the Teacher qualification ; Junior college students and graduate students can only use the obtained academic qualifications to participate in the accreditation).
（4） Active servicemen or armed police serving in the city.
（5） Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who have passed the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in this city with the Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to the mainland or the five-year Taiwan residents' travel permit to the mainland; Or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold valid residence permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents or residence permits for Taiwan residents issued by the public security organ of Chongqing Municipality.
2、 Recognition conditions

（3） Obtained the Certificate of Qualification for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and is within the validity period; Or obtain the Certificate of Professional Competence of Normal Students and Teachers and it is within the validity period.
（4） It shall meet the corresponding standard of Putonghua level in the Standard for Putonghua Level Test issued by the National Language and Writing Commission. Among them, those who apply for the qualification of language teachers should reach the level of Grade II Grade A and above, and those who apply for the qualification of teachers in other disciplines should reach the level of Grade II Grade B and above.

3、 Confirmation time

4、 Application process

2. Selection of "whether or not students are in school": full-time graduates who have not obtained their graduation certificates in the last semester should choose "current graduates in school"; Non current graduate students and college upgraded students should choose "Non current graduate students or college upgraded students", and supplement the obtained information of college degree; For social personnel who declare with their acquired educational background, please select "non student".
3. Selection of "type of application place": "domicile place" is selected for application for recognition in the domicile place, "residence place" is selected for application for recognition in the district/county where the residence permit is held, and "location of school" is selected for application for recognition in the place where the student registration file is located; Active servicemen and armed police officers choose "residence".
4. Selection of "identification institution" and "confirmation point" (confirmation point shall not be selected across districts and counties).
(1) High school, secondary vocational school and secondary vocational school internship instructor qualifications are three types of applicants. 5. "Whether to participate in the whole online office" selection: All applicants must select "participate" and upload the required materials in time according to the system requirements.
(1) Mandarin certification materials: those that can be automatically verified by the accreditation system may not be provided. If the system is unable to verify the Putonghua proficiency test grade of the applicant, the original Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate shall be provided for verification.
(2) Education/student status certificate: for education certificates that meet the application conditions, education certificate materials may not be provided for those that can be automatically verified by the recognition system. 6. Selection of "certificate receiving method": fresh graduates can only choose the "self obtaining" method. Applicants who have obtained academic qualifications can choose the "mail" or "self obtaining" method.
7. Fill in other application materials truthfully and completely according to the system requirements, check the registration information filled in, and click the "Submit" button to submit the registration information after confirmation. 8. After successful online application, the applicant shall timely check and confirm the notes issued by the institution on the application website.
（3） Physical examination instructions:
After the online application is completed, the applicant should complete the physical examination in a timely manner within the specified time. There are 46 designated physical examination hospitals in the city (see Annex 2 for details). The applicant can choose a nearby physical examination hospital for physical examination.
1. The items and standards of physical examination shall be subject to the relevant physical examination standards and methods issued by the Municipal Education Commission and the Municipal Health Commission. The medical examination form shall be provided by the medical examination hospital, and the medical examination report shall be collected by the accreditation institution and the hospital after the end of the medical examination time. The applicant shall not carry and submit it by himself or herself, otherwise the medical examination will be invalid.
2. The applicant can only participate in the physical examination after successful registration, and the confirmation point column in the physical examination form should be filled in the same as the online application confirmation point (see Annex 3 for the physical examination form). If the confirmation agency fails to receive the medical examination report in time due to individual filling errors, the applicant shall be responsible for it. The physical examination report is only valid for the current batch.
（4） Online confirmation instructions:
1. Review and confirm. At this stage, the confirmation agency will review the application materials submitted by the applicant, and confirm those materials that are complete and meet the recognition conditions. 3. The applicant has no criminal record

(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents shall be issued by the Hong Kong Police Service of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Identification Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government and the relevant departments in Taiwan. 6、 Others
