According to the unified deployment of the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education, the interview arrangements for primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examinations in the second half of 2022 are announced as follows:
1、 Query of written examination results
In the second half of 2022, the written examination results of the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers will be released by the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education on December 9. Candidates can log in to ntce.neea.edu.cn by their name and ID card number. If you have any objection to the written examination results, you can submit an application for review to the education examination institution in the district or city where the written examination is located within 10 working days from the date of publication of the results.
2、 Application conditions
Those who meet the following basic conditions can apply for the teacher qualification examination in our province:
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love education, and have good ideological and moral character.
2. Residents who have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and whose household registration or residence permit is in the place where they apply for the examination.
3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in the mainland (mainland).
4. Meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualification.
5. With《 Teacher law 》And the corresponding academic qualifications specified in the Regulations on Teacher Qualifications. Graduation qualifications of education majors such as preschool education and primary education in secondary vocational schools that have not been approved by the provincial education administrative department and reported to the Ministry of Education for the record cannot be used as qualified qualifications for applying for kindergarten and primary school teacher qualification examinations.
Students of ordinary institutions of higher learning who are in the third grade or above (including the third grade, and the junior college degree level is a new student) can apply for the examination at the examination area where the school is located by virtue of the online verification report of Xuexin's student registration, or at the home location on the household registration, residence permit, and student card.
Those who apply for the qualification of kindergarten teachers shall have graduated from a kindergarten normal school or above;
Those who apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher shall have graduated from a secondary normal school or above;
Those who apply for the qualification of a junior middle school teacher should have graduated from a junior college of teachers' colleges or other universities or above;
Those who apply for the qualification of a teacher in a senior middle school or a secondary vocational school shall have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university or another university;
Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools should have a college degree or above, and should also have professional and technical qualifications equivalent to assistant engineers or above, or technical grades of workers at the intermediate level or above.
6. The person whose teacher qualification has been revoked shall not register for the examination within five years; Those who have been deprived of their political rights or who have committed intentional crimes and have been subjected to a criminal punishment of not less than fixed-term imprisonment shall not register for the examination. Those who cheat in the teacher qualification examination shall not participate in the teacher qualification examination within three years.
3、 Interview time, interview content and subjects
1. Interview time: January 7-8, 2023 (January 7-10 in some test areas). Please refer to your admission card for the specific interview time and test site information.
2. Interview content: structured interview, situation simulation and other methods are adopted, which are conducted through lesson preparation (or activity design), trial lecture (or demonstration), defense (or statement) and other links. Follow the Standards for Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (for Trial Implementation) and the Examination Outline (for Trial Implementation) (for interview), and mainly assess applicants professional ethics , psychological quality, appearance, speech expression, thinking quality and other basic teaching qualities, as well as basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.
3. Interview subjects: Kindergarten interviews are not subject specific; Primary school interviews are divided into 10 subjects, including Chinese, mathematics, English, morality and rule of law, science, music, sports, art, information technology, and mental health education; In addition to the consistency between the subject of teacher qualification interview for middle school (including secondary vocational culture course) and the subject of written examination registration III (subject knowledge and teaching ability), mental health education, Russian and Japanese subjects are added. The examination of "professional knowledge and teaching ability" for professional courses and practice guidance in secondary vocational schools is mainly combined with interviews. Candidates who apply for professional courses and internship guidance in secondary vocational schools are invited to register at the examination site with textbooks corresponding to their majors during the interview.

4、 Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
1. From December 30, it is recommended that candidates avoid moving across provinces or gathering in places with high mobility, and carefully do a good job of daily body temperature measurement and health monitoring.
2. Candidates must apply for the "Fujian Health Code" through the Fujian Zhengtong APP before taking the exam, and truthfully fill in the "Fujian Education Examination Candidate Health Declaration Card and Safety Examination Commitment Letter" (click to download).
3. After registration, candidates must pay close attention to the latest epidemic prevention policies issued by the test area and follow them, and pay attention to the latest examination trends on the website of Fujian Provincial Education Examination Institute and WeChat official account.
5、 Interview registration review
（1） Online registration
The primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination website of the Ministry of Education (ntce. neea. edu.cn) will be open for registration on December 5 (no need to re register for candidates who have participated in the written examination), and the registration authority will be open from 8:30 on December 9 to 17:00 on December 11, during which time the candidates must log in to register. All candidates should select the test area for the interview as required when reporting online (cultural course candidates in secondary vocational schools should refer to high school subject candidates). The conditions for candidates to be interviewed in each examination area are as follows:
1. The nine test districts in Fuzhou (including Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone), Xiamen, Putian, Sanming, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Nanping, Longyan and Ningde only accept the kindergarten and primary school sections (excluding new subjects such as information technology and mental health education) of the examinees with household registration or residence permits in the test district (including current students) and the current students of the local ordinary university (full-time) Interview, registration and review of middle school students (excluding new subjects such as mental health education, Russian and Japanese).
2. Jimei University examination area only accepts students from Xiamen colleges and universities, and applies for kindergarten section subjects, primary school section subjects (excluding new subjects such as information technology and mental health education), and middle school section subjects (excluding new subjects such as mental health education, Russian and Japanese); And the interview, registration and review of candidates with household registration or residence permit in Xiamen who apply for primary school and secondary school "Chinese", "Mathematics" and "English" subjects.
3. The examination area of Minnan Normal University only accepts the interview, registration and review of the kindergarten, primary school (excluding new subjects such as information technology and mental health education) and middle school (excluding new subjects such as mental health education, Russian and Japanese) of the school's (full-time normal) students.
4. The examination area of Putian University only accepts the interview, registration and review of the kindergarten, primary school (excluding new subjects of information technology and mental health education) and middle school (excluding new subjects of mental health education, Russian and Japanese) of the school's (full-time) students.
5. The examination area of Wuyi University only accepts the interview, registration and review of the kindergarten, primary school (excluding new subjects of information technology and mental health education) and middle school (excluding new subjects of mental health education, Russian and Japanese) of the school's (full-time) students; The primary school section (society, science, music, sports) and the secondary school section (music, sports, information technology) must choose the "Nanping" examination area when reporting online.
6. Fujian education The examination area only accepts the interview, registration and review of new subjects (information technology, mental health education) in the primary school section, new subjects (mental health education, Russian, Japanese) in the secondary school section, professional courses in secondary vocational schools and the qualifications of practical instructors in secondary vocational schools.
（2） Online audit
The interview registration is conducted in the form of online review. The review time is from December 9 to 17:00 on December 12. Candidates can log in to the online reporting system at any time during the review period (within two working days after registration) to check the review status. Candidates in the registration pending review status can modify their registration information. Once the review is passed, the candidate information cannot be changed. Candidates who fail to pass the examination can modify their personal information (including photos) during the examination period, and they must re submit after re selecting the examination subjects. Those who have not submitted the modified information within the time limit will not be reviewed. The online audit is based on the information filled in by the examinees themselves. The examinees should ensure the authenticity of the information filled in. If they participate in the interview due to information errors, false or concealed information, if they apply for confirmation Teacher Certificate If the information filled in is false or does not meet the application conditions, the responsibility for the failure shall be borne by the examinee. （3） Online payment
Candidates who pass the online audit must complete the online payment before 24:00 on December 14. The interview fee in our province is 280 yuan/person time according to the charge standard determined by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance (MFGFFJH [2022] No. 17). Candidates who do not pay the examination fee within the specified time will be treated as not having registered. No supplementary report will be accepted after the deadline.
