The quality of graphite itself has a significant impact on the service life of the rotor. 1、 Operating principle of degassing and slag removal machine for aluminum refining: the rotating rotor will break nitrogen (or argon) blown into aluminum water into a large number of dispersed bubbles, which will be dispersed in the liquid metal; Bubbles in the molten liquid absorb hydrogen in the molten liquid, absorb oxidation slag inclusion, and are brought out of the molten liquid surface as the bubbles rise, so that the molten liquid can be purified; As the bubbles are fine and dispersed, they are evenly mixed with the rotating molten liquid, and then slowly float up in a spiral shape.
