President Ye Founded in 2009, UFJ Technology is headquartered in Wuxi High tech Zone, Jiangsu Province. It is mainly engaged in the R&D, production, sales and service of high-end X-ray testing instruments and equipment. The company's main products include industrial X-ray intelligent detection equipment, industrial CT detection system, image software and micro focus X-ray source. The downstream application fields of the company's X-ray intelligent testing equipment include integrated circuit and electronic manufacturing, new energy batteries, casting weldments and material testing.
In terms of enterprise scale, UFJ Technology has manufacturing and R&D centers in Wuxi, Shenzhen and Chongqing. It has also invested in establishing wholly-owned companies in Singapore and Malaysia, and is preparing to establish wholly-owned subsidiaries in Hungary. Its products have been exported to more than 60 countries and regions. How does UFJ Science and Technology carry out the work of scientific and technological innovation under your leadership? What results have been achieved?
Leaf total: Since its establishment, UFJ has focused on the research of the whole industrial chain technology of X-ray. We have established a mature and complete set of scientific and technological innovation mechanism, and constantly increased R&D investment. The R&D investment in the third quarter of this year alone exceeded 20 million yuan. During the cumulative investment of more than ten years in the field of basic research and development of X-ray, we overcame many technical difficulties such as the preparation of integrated high-voltage solid high-frequency high-voltage generator, and achieved full autonomy and control in the design of X-ray source products, key materials, production equipment, technical processes and technical teams.
UFJ Technology has successfully developed the first closed hot cathode micro focus X-ray source in China and realized its industrial application. Its technology has reached the level of "international advanced and domestic leading", solving the "choke" problem of precision detection in domestic integrated circuit and electronic manufacturing, new energy batteries and other fields.
UFJ has built two provincial technology research and development centers, undertaken six national key research and development projects, obtained more than 400 domestic and foreign patents and software copyrights, led and participated in the formulation of a number of national and industrial standards, and carried out industry university research cooperation with the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southeast University and other institutions.

President Ye: In the past decade, profound changes have taken place in China's die casting industry, and industrial transformation and upgrading have been promoted rapidly. As new energy vehicles, 3C electronics, general machinery and other user industries have increasingly high requirements for the quality of castings, it forces die-casting enterprises, die-casting equipment and material manufacturers to constantly improve technology and process, and improve the quality of die-casting parts through various means of testing tools to promote industry development and technological progress.
As die-casting parts become larger and larger, the value of single castings becomes higher and higher, and the requirements for the quality of castings become higher and higher, which pose new challenges to the mechanical properties, appearance dimensions, product accuracy, etc. of castings.
