Please read carefully the specific operation methods and precautions of the hydraulic hot-melt welder after purchasing the machine:

Replace the group head bolt above the oil drum with the oil dipstick breather, which is bound to the valve rod of the pressure regulating valve. Install the aviation plug of the heating plate, insert the plug at the heating plate end upward, and screw the socket housing on the hydraulic station clockwise. Turn on the power switch, turn on the heating plate switch, and check whether the pipe temperature controller is normal. At this time, if the temperature controller shows HH or LL is faulty, please note: do not power on at this time.

Installation of pipe fittings: tools required for installation of pipe fittings and bolts for installation of clamping bush are provided in the attached tool kit. Replace the clamping bush according to the diameter of the pipe fitting to be welded. The clamping bush has the diameter value of the pipe fitting indicated. Note: The clamping bush must be tightened on the upper and lower rings with bolts. Please open the pressure relief valve before installing the oil pipe. Install the oil pipe quick connector. After installation, close the pressure relief valve switch, adjust the milling pressure to 1-1.5Mpa. It is strictly prohibited to open the milling cutter switch to start milling. If the pipe cut is uneven and requires a long milling distance, do not push the forward valve rod for a long time, which may cause damage to the milling cutter. Push forward valve rod with clearance. When it is observed that continuous chips can be milled, close the milling cutter and move backward. Remove the milling cutter and clean the end face milled with a cloth. Pre butt joint, check whether there is a gap between the two pipes, and whether the two pipes are left and right dislocation. The left and right misalignment of two pipes shall not exceed one tenth of the pipe diameter wall thickness. If the dislocation is serious, the pipe fittings can be aligned by adjusting the tightness of the tightening screws at both ends. After the pipe fittings are aligned, they need to be milled again. After milling, observe whether the two pipe fittings meet the requirements again. Please check the temperature displayed by the temperature controller before heating. The actual temperature should be within ± 10 ℃ of the regulated temperature before welding. Put in the heating plate, heat the flanging process, and use the welding pressure. See national standards for detailed welding pressure. The flanging height is in the range of 0.5-2mm, which varies according to the wall thickness. When the flanging height reaches, reduce the pressure and enter the heat absorption process. For detailed heat absorption time, please consult the national standard. When the heat absorption time is up, quickly separate, take out the heating plate and then move forward to the welding machine to enter the welding stage. Adjust the welding pressure to the pressure required by the standard and pressurize it for a while. When entering the pressure maintaining cooling stage, do not move the rack and hydraulic station during the cooling time. If the pressure maintaining pressure drops, push forward to supplement pressure. When the cooling time is up, please open the relief valve to relieve pressure. Remove the oil pipe. Remove the upper ring and pipe fittings, and the welding is completed.
