The client server must have the conditions for maintenance, and the failure or failure of maintenance is within the scope of exemption.

3. Expense settlement:
All services will be paid to the customer, and no oral requests or customized services will be accepted.
After you have paid the service fee, please contact our customer service in a timely manner. After the financial audit, we will start the registration service from now on. Please be sure to contact our customer service to renew or stop the service for downtime within three days before the expiration of the service. Our company will not be responsible for the loss or failure caused by your failure to pay in time. If you have special circumstances during the renewal period and cannot renew the service on time, please contact our customer service in advance to explain, and we will keep your information and maintain the service.
All service fees do not include tax and bill mailing fees.

The copyright of all software to be used during the maintenance period is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not assume any copyright responsibility.

5. Special statement:
All consequences and losses caused by the fault caused by the behavior of a third party or self misoperation, and the customer's own disclosure of account passwords and other important information are not within the scope of our responsibility, and the customer shall be fully responsible for the consequences. During the maintenance service, the customer shall not disclose the confidential information such as the server account password to friends and other third party personnel, and must properly keep some important information to avoid unnecessary trouble and loss..

6. Service guarantee:
All services are entitled to the warranty service after 7 days;
If you are dissatisfied with any of the services you have purchased or fail to complete the service according to your requirements due to our technical defects, we will refund the full payment at the request of the customer.
