IV Recruitment method and process
Recruitment is carried out through online registration, qualification review, written examination, physical fitness test, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment. The specific contents of each process are as follows:
(1) Online registration
1. Registration time: from Friday, June 14, 2024 to 16:00, June 28, 2024.
2. Online registration process: Interested parties please log in to Feishite Talent Network( http://www.fsthr.com )Click the icon of "Recruitment of Auxiliary Police of Chongqing Public Security Bureau" on the home page, read carefully the recruitment requirements of each position in the Recruitment Schedule (Annex 1), open it, click the "Registration Link" button below the recruitment announcement, follow the prompts on the page, submit the registration form, and complete online registration.
Candidates can only select one position to register. The registration must be consistent with the valid resident ID card used in the examination. Since the opening proportion is set for each recruitment position, after entering the registration system, candidates should reasonably select the position according to the real-time number of applicants for each position displayed in the interface.
Candidates must apply for the exam in good faith, and the application information and materials submitted must be true, accurate and complete. Before submitting the application information, candidates should carefully check whether the information they have filled in is accurate, whether it meets the requirements of the announcement and the qualification conditions of the post to avoid false reporting.
(2) Qualification examination
1. Qualification review time: to be notified.
2. Place of qualification examination: to be notified.
3. Materials required for qualification review: 1 original and 1 copy of ID card, residence certificate (Chongqing residence permit), education certificate, military discharge certificate, personal credit information, personal bank credit report, and qualification certificate related to the position you are applying for. Before the qualification examination of candidates, they need to download and print the Application Form for Police Assistants (Annex 3) by themselves. Candidates can only select one position. The in-service personnel shall provide the certificate of approval from their unit.
Education certificate: one original and one copy of education certificate. For those with the highest degree of junior college or above, one copy of the electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (login Xuexin website: https://www.chsi.com.cn , click Student Status and Education Query - Personal Query - Register to log in personal account - View the electronic registration filing form of applying for academic certificate from the Ministry of Education - Print). Those who graduate from overseas universities must provide the overseas diploma (degree) certification issued by the China Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education at the time of qualification examination.
Personal credit information: Candidates (Chongqing nationality) can query their credit information through the "Public Query Portal" of "Joint Rewards and Punishments" in the "Credit Supervision" column of the "Credit China (Chongqing)" website and print their screenshots; Non local candidates can inquire through the relevant columns of the local "Credit China" website.
Personal bank credit report: should be printed at the bank or logged in to the People's Bank of China Credit Reference Center( http://www.pbccrc.org.cn )The Internet personal credit information service platform downloads and prints the personal credit report (if there is any overdue situation, the details must be printed at the bank).
The application materials provided by the applicant must be complete, authentic and effective. In the whole recruitment process, if the applicant does not meet the recruitment conditions and practices fraud, once verified, the applicant will be disqualified for application or employment, and the responsibility will be borne by the applicant. For those who pass the qualification examination, Feishite Company will notify them via SMS or online announcement; Those who fail to pass the qualification examination will not be returned without further notice.
4. The specific time of qualification review shall be subject to the notice of Feishite Talent Network. Those who fail to arrive at the site within the time specified in the notice shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up the qualification for this application.
(3) Written examination
1. Adjustment of examination proportion and indicators. The Recruitment Schedule (Annex 1) clearly stipulates the proportion of written examination. The recruitment index and the number of qualified persons must reach the specified proportion of written examination (1:3) before the examination can be started. If the ratio fails to reach the specified proportion, the recruitment index will be reduced or cancelled accordingly.
2. For the position whose recruitment is cancelled due to the number of qualified candidates failing to reach the proportion of written examination, Feishite Company will ask for the opinions of the candidates for the position, give up the qualification or choose other positions that meet the conditions for application (there is only one choice opportunity; other positions whose recruitment is cancelled are not allowed to be selected; After selection, if the number of qualified candidates meets the requirement of resuming recruitment for the position with decreasing number of candidates, the number of candidates for the position will be increased accordingly within the range of planned recruitment).
3. The written examination adopts the closed book method. The type of examination questions refers to the type of examination questions recruited by national civil servants or public institutions. The content includes the administrative professional ability test, comprehensive basic knowledge, basic computer knowledge, basic legal knowledge, etc. The written examination adopts the percentage system, and the written examination results account for 50% of the total scores.
4. The time and place of the written examination will be notified separately, and the written examination results will be published on Feishite Talent Network.
(4) Physical fitness test
1. The list of candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the proportion of 1:5 of the number of candidates planned for the position and the written examination results from high to low (all reference personnel for positions that fail to reach 1:5 will enter the physical examination). If the last examinee's written test scores are tied, they will all enter the physical fitness test.
2. The physical fitness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Physical Fitness Evaluation Items and Standards for People's Police Recruitment by Public Security Organs (Gong Zheng Zheng Zheng [2024] No. 60). The age of physical fitness test shall be calculated as of the month of physical fitness test. The physical fitness test items include 10 m × 4 round trip, 1000 m (800 m for women), and vertical jump, all of which are qualified, and one of which is unqualified. See Appendix 2 for physical measurement standards.
3. The time and place of physical fitness test will be notified separately. After the physical fitness test, the results of physical fitness test will be announced to the candidates in time. The results of physical fitness test and the list of interviewees will be published on Feishite Talent Online immediately.
4. If the examinee disagrees with the result of his or her physical fitness test, he or she should file a complaint or report on the spot, and the arbitration panel will deal with it on the spot. Those who do not file a complaint on the spot will not be accepted.
(5) Interview
1. According to the proportion of 1:2 of the planned number of job recruiters, the list of interviewees shall be determined from the highest to the lowest of the written test scores among the qualified personnel in the physical test. If the last candidate's written test scores are tied, they will all enter the interview.
2. The interview is conducted in a structured way. The interview mainly examines the basic quality and ability of candidates to meet the needs of the position. The interview adopts the hundred point system, and the interview score accounts for 50% of the total score. The interview sequence is to draw lots on the spot. Interview results shall be calculated to two decimal places. The interview results will be announced on the spot.
3. Calculation method of examinee's total score
Total score=written examination score × 50%+interview score × 50%. The total score is calculated to two decimal places.
4. The full score of the interview is 100, and the qualified score is 60. For positions where the ratio of the number of interviewees to the planned number of employees is less than 2:1, the candidates' interview scores should reach the average interview scores of all the candidates in their interview room before they can enter the physical examination process.
5. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately, and the interview results and total scores will be published on Feishite Talent Network.
(6) Physical examination
According to the total score, the list of candidates for physical examination shall be determined from high score to low score according to the 1:1 ratio of the number of candidates planned for the post. When the last one in the overall score of physical examination is tied, the person who belongs to the situation in Item 4 of Article 2 of this announcement will enter the physical examination link in the first priority order. The person who has set the priority conditions in the recruitment post requirements will be in the second priority order. In other parallel situations, the person with higher interview score will be preferred, and the person with shorter physical test running time will be preferred.
On the day of physical examination, the examinee shall carry the original ID card, 1-inch recent color registration photo, black signature pen, and carry his own physical examination fee. Candidates should wear casual clothes to participate in the physical examination. They are not allowed to wear standard clothes or special style clothes. Do not eat spicy and greasy food before physical examination. Do not eat after 20:00 on the day before physical examination. Do not eat breakfast or drink water on the day of physical examination.
The basic requirements for physical examination are: good health, good appearance, no stuttering, no hard of hearing, no color blindness, no tattoo, no infectious disease. Physical examination items not specified in this announcement shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
The time, place and related matters of physical examination will be notified separately.
(7) Inspection
Those who pass the physical examination shall be investigated by the investigation team. The criteria shall refer to the requirements for the political investigation of the city's employment of the people's police. A comprehensive investigation shall be carried out on the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, daily performance, qualification for employment, personal credit, family members, and political history of major social relations, etc., and the investigation materials shall be issued to make a comprehensive evaluation. Family members refer to their spouses, parents (guardians, direct dependents), parents of spouses, children over 14 years of age, and unmarried siblings. The main social relations refer to married brothers and sisters, grandparents and maternal grandparents. The investigation should adhere to the principle of field investigation. If there are difficulties in the field investigation, the personnel file management unit of the object under investigation, the local police station where the household registration is located and other institutions can be entrusted to conduct the investigation on behalf of the object under investigation and issue the materials of the corresponding investigation.
If the investigation is not qualified (including those who cannot obtain the investigation conclusion), they will not be employed.
(8) Publicity
The qualified personnel are determined as the personnel to be employed, and the list is publicized on Feishite Talent Network for 5 days.
During the publicity period, those who have received complaints and are found not qualified for employment will not be employed; If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be postponed until the confirmation and conclusion are made.
In case of unqualified physical examination and inspection, the proposed employee gives up the employment qualification or fails to be employed due to problems found during the publicity period, which results in job vacancy, the Municipal Public Security Bureau shall study and decide whether to fill in according to the total score of corresponding posts from high to low.
(9) Employment
If there is no problem after publicity or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, they will be determined as the employment object, and they will carry relevant materials: 3 copies of ID card (front and back), 3 copies of household registration (personal page+increase and decrease page+household page), 3 one inch registration photos (blue or red background), 2 copies of the highest education (graduation certificate+degree certificate) One copy of the resignation certificate issued by the previous unit or the certificate of unemployment issued by the street, and one copy of the ICBC salary card (Class I card) to sign the labor contract at Feishite Company according to the prescribed procedures.
Candidates who have obtained full-time junior college degree or above since 2022 need to register for unemployment in the "Chongqing People's Society" APP, which is classified as "college graduates in the past two years". At the same time, they will take screenshots of the successful interface and print two copies; If the candidate is a veteran, 2 copies of the discharge certificate shall be provided.
The employed personnel shall report to the employing unit within the specified time after entry. If they fail to report to the employing unit within the specified time limit, they shall be disqualified from employment and recorded in the candidate's integrity file. The probationary period of the employed personnel is two months. During the probationary period, they shall receive pre job training and probation assessment. Those who pass the assessment after the probation period are formally employed. Those who fail to pass the assessment are terminated from labor relations according to law.
