1. Explosion relief wall is divided into light pressure relief wall and light fragile wall.The unit mass of light wall used as pressure relief facilities should not be greater than 0.6kN/m2. 2. Explosion relief wall classification (1) Light pressure relief wall is divided into rock wool sandwich color steel plate wall and single-layer profiled steel sheet composite insulation wall. (2) The light and fragile wall is divided into three types: fiber reinforced cement board wall, expansive stone light board wall and foam concrete composite wall board. 3. The sandwich color steel plate of the rock wool sandwich color steel plate wall and the wall beam are fixed with explosion relief bolts. The model and quantity of explosion relief bolts are selected according to the explosion relief pressure value.In case of an accident, in order to prevent the sandwich color steel plate from flying randomly, the index rope is used between the rock wool sandwich color steel plate and the wall beam.Each plate is equipped with two traction cables with a length of 900mm and a breaking force of 2000kg.The traction cable shall be provided by the wall supplier at the same time. 4.
