  Anti explosion wall
1. Anti explosion wall (blast wall) is a wall that has the ability of resisting explosion shock wave and can limit the destruction effect of explosion within a certain range. It is a wall made of metal structure. Compared with the reinforced concrete blast resistant wall, it has the advantages of light weight, easy loading and unloading, and recycling. The anti explosion wall is composed of non combustible materials with anti explosion capability.
2. Scope of application
(1) It is applicable to petroleum, chemical, nuclear power, offshore oil platforms, power transformer rooms, warehouses, etc.
(2) It is applicable to workshops where inflammable and explosive materials need to be stored separately in all buildings.
3. Materials and structure
(1) The blast resistant wall is composed of steel keel, fiber cement composite steel plate and rock wool.
(2) Fiber cement composite steel plate is a synthetic fireproof plate composed of two punched 0.5mm thick galvanized steel plates pressed on 8.5mm thick fiber cement. The fiber cement layer sandwiched between the two steel plates can absorb energy.
(3) The specification of fiber cement composite steel plate is 2400 × 1200 × 9.5 (2440 × 1220 × 9.5). Cutting can be carried out according to actual needs during construction.
(4) The surface of fiber cement composite steel plate is flat, and it can be used for various decorations such as coating without leveling. If the decorative surface is not used, it can also make the building more industrial.
4. Selection points
(1) Anti explosion wall is divided into non thermal insulation type and thermal insulation type.
(2) The thermal insulation type is to make fiber cement composite steel plates on both the inner and outer sides of the metal skeleton, and fill the middle of the skeleton with rock wool. The fire endurance of thermal insulation type blast resistant wall can reach 4h.
(3) After the manufacturer is selected, the secondary design of the blast resistant wall shall be carried out by the manufacturer. The steel keel of the blast resistant wall is made of cold-formed equilateral channel steel. The size of cold-formed equilateral channel steel is determined by structural calculation according to the requirements of the blast resistant pressure value and the height of the wall.
