There are three subjects in the Level II Constructor Examination, including two public subjects and one professional practice subject. The public subjects are Construction Management of Construction Projects and Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects. The professional practice subjects are construction engineering management and practice, electromechanical engineering management and practice, municipal engineering management and practice, highway engineering management and practice, water conservancy and hydropower engineering management and practice, mining engineering management and practice (six professional categories, choose one subject for examination).

Conditions for applying for the examination of Grade II constructor

（1） Those who comply with national laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions can apply for the examination of all subjects of Grade II constructor.

1. Engineering or engineering economy, technical secondary school degree or above, engaged in construction projects, and construction management for at least 2 years.

2. Have technical secondary school education or above in other majors, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 5 years.

3. He has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for over 15 years.

（2） Having obtained the Qualification Certificate of Class I Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the competent construction administrative department, the examination can be exempted from the subjects of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects, and only one subject of Professional Project Management and Practice can be taken.

( 3） Having obtained the Qualification Certificate of Class II Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the competent department of construction administration, it can be exempted from the examination of the subject of Construction Management of Construction Engineering, and only participate in the examination of the two subjects of Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge and Professional Engineering Management and Practice.

Examination rules for Grade II constructor

Examination rules

1. Fifteen minutes before the examination, the examinee enters the examination room with his/her admission card and valid resident ID card or temporary ID card, takes a seat according to the number, and places the admission card and ID card on the top right corner of the table.

2. Candidates carry black pens, signature pens, 2B pencils, pencil sharpeners, erasers, silent calculators without text editing function to take the exam.

3. Before answering questions, first use a black pen or signature pen to fill in the name and examination permit number at the specified position on the test paper and answer sheet (card). The answer card must be filled in with 2B signature pen as the answer.

4. You are not allowed to enter the examination room 30 minutes after the start of the examination. You can hand in your papers and exit the examination room 90 minutes after the start of the examination. You are not allowed to enter the examination room again after exit.
