  • Course Overview
The second level constructor is a kind of construction qualification, which is the prerequisite for serving as the project manager. The personnel department of a province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall issue the People's Republic of China Certificate of Practicing Qualification for Class II Constructors to those who have passed the vocational qualification examination for Class II constructors. After obtaining the qualification certificate of constructor and registering, the constructor can be employed to practice after obtaining the registration certificate of secondary constructor.
Conditions for applying for the examination of Grade II constructor
（1） Those who comply with national laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions can apply for the examination of all subjects of Grade II constructor.
1. Engineering or engineering economy, technical secondary school degree or above, engaged in construction projects, and construction management for at least 2 years.
2. Have technical secondary school education or above in other majors, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 5 years.
3. He has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for over 15 years.
（2） Having obtained the Qualification Certificate of Class I Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the competent construction administrative department, the examination can be exempted from the subjects of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects, and only one subject of Professional Project Management and Practice can be taken.
( 3） Having obtained the Qualification Certificate of Class II Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the competent department of construction administration, it can be exempted from the examination of the subject of Construction Management of Construction Engineering, and only participate in the examination of the two subjects of Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge and Professional Engineering Management and Practice.
