The Party School of Yunnan Provincial Organs of the Communist Party of China, established in November 1989, is a public institution at the level of deputy department with independent legal personality under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the Working Committee of Provincial Organs. It is the main channel for provincial organs to carry out cadre education and training and party member training, and an important position for learning, publicizing and implementing the latest theoretical innovation achievements of the Party and the Party's line, principles and policies. The school is located at No. 27, Xiba Road, Kunming, with relatively supporting hardware and software school premises and facilities. There are four internal departments and organ party committees, namely, the office, the educational affairs office, the training department, and the teaching and research department, with a staffing of 31 people, including 21 public employees and 10 public employees.
