1. The closed cooling system shall be used correctly. The cooling system shall use high-quality coolant with anti-corrosion, anti boiling, anti freezing and anti scaling properties, and must be sealed during use to achieve good cooling effect.
2. Keep the inside and outside of the cooling system clean, which is one of the important conditions to improve the heat dissipation efficiency. When the outside of the radiator is stained with soil, oil, or the radiator fin is deformed due to collision, and when the cooling water tank of the unit has scale, sand or oil stains, the heat dissipation effect will be affected.The radiator shall be cleaned or repaired in time in case of the above conditions.In addition, high-quality and standard coolant shall be used.
3. Maintain sufficient coolant. When the engine is cold, the coolant level should be between the maximum and minimum marks of the expansion tank.If the liquid level is lower than the minimum mark of the expansion tank, it shall be added in time.Note: The coolant in the expansion tank cannot be filled, and there should be room for expansion.
4. Keep the tension of fan tape moderate. If the fan tape is too loose, the speed of the water pump will be too low, which will affect the circulation of coolant and accelerate the wear of the tape.However, if the tape is too tight, the water pump bearing will be worn.In addition, the tape must not be stained with oil.Therefore, check and adjust the tension of fan tape regularly.
5. Avoid overload operation of the unit. Overload operation of the unit will easily lead to rapid aging of internal parts, which will lead to thermal deformation of parts when the unit is beyond the bearing capacity.
6. Attention shall be paid to the good ventilation of the machine room. A space of not less than 1 m shall be reserved around the unit (for the convenience of later maintenance). The machine room shall be well ventilated, with sufficient air inlets and exhaust outlets. The inner diameter of the unit exhaust pipe shall not be less than the diameter of the diesel engine exhaust port. The number of bends shall not exceed 3, and the angle of bends shall be greater than 90 degrees.
