Job responsibilities:
1. Master the company's various rules and regulations, management methods, incentive mechanisms, and act in strict accordance with the company's systems and procedures. On the premise of not violating the company's systems and procedures, the project department should formulate the project department's rules and regulations, management methods, rewards and punishments (to be reported to the company for approval and filing) according to the actual situation, and be responsible for the implementation, implementation of responsibilities, and full implementation;
2. Organize the establishment and improvement of project production, technology, quality, safety and other management systems, and ensure normal operation;
3. Formulate and implement the annual objectives, tasks and work plan of the project according to the company's development strategy and work deployment;
4. According to the personnel allocation of the Project Department and the post responsibilities issued by the company, formulate the detailed post responsibilities of the personnel of the Project Department, clarify the division of labor and responsibilities, and determine the posts and responsibilities;
5 Take full responsibility for the construction quality, progress, safety, cost, etc. of the whole project, be the * * * person in charge of project management, and focus on project team building and personnel management;
6. Prepare project plan; Organize the secondary operation and cost risk control management of the project;
7. Liaison with the outside world, coordinate the relationship between the government and the local and the construction, supervision, design and other units, and handle relevant matters;
8. Participate in the company's monthly work meeting, report and arrange project production, safety, quality and technical work;
9. Be responsible for coordinating process measurement work, including early project advance payment, intermediate measurement, project settlement, and project audit, and focus on strengthening project collection work;
10. Cooperate with the company to select the construction team, and have the right to make suggestions on the selection of the construction team;
11. Try to complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above, major in engineering;
2. Professional title: intermediate or above professional title, with first class constructor certificate is preferred;
3. Experience: more than 10 years of on-site construction experience is preferred; At least 5 years of project manager experience, with at least 2 complete project management experience;
4. Familiar with project production, technology, quality, safety and comprehensive management;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance;
6. Familiar with water conservancy projects, with more than 2 working experiences in water conservancy, municipal, highway, garden, housing construction and other industries is preferred;
