China Eastern Airlines domestic check-in (Pudong Airport)

1、 Domestic check-in/passenger service of Shanghai Pudong International Airport
2、 Work shift system: take two days off for one day or two days off for two days
3、 Location: Shanghai Pudong International Airport
4、 Salary and welfare benefits: 5.5~6.3k before tax, paid annual leave, five insurances and one fund (excluding overtime pay, year-end bonus, labor union welfare, summer high temperature allowance, night shift allowance and irregular one-time reward)
5、 Work content:
(1) Domestic check-in:
1. Check in security: check tickets, travel documents, boarding certificates, and baggage security issues.
2. Check in: Check in for domestic flight passengers, arrange seats, receive special passengers and arrange special services to ensure check-in under various circumstances. Fill in, review and hand over various passenger service documents, and complete the handover procedures. Judge whether the baggage meets the consignment requirements and correctly handle the special baggage. Inform passengers to pay excess baggage charges as required.

(2) Passenger service:
1. Flight operation: ensure the boarding gate work of domestic, regional and international flights under various circumstances. Shuttle through and separate flights. Frontier defense, customs and health inspection declaration for flight pickup and international arrival flights.
2. Safety guarantee: check the boarding pass, control the boarding rhythm, set aside and recheck the transit passengers, and check the boarding certificate of the crew. Control the baggage at the airport and handle relevant formalities.
3. Value added service: crew passport declaration and handling. Counter guidance, control of hand baggage and other services. Provide special passenger services, and arrange accommodation and transportation for passengers in case of abnormal flights.
6、 Recruitment conditions:
1. There are no restrictions on household registration, both men and women, men are more than 170cm tall, women are more than 160cm tall, and the age is less than 35 years old;
2. Have a good sense of service, service attitude, can bear hardships and stand hard work;
3. Good professionalism, professional ethics, teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Able to accept shift system and work under pressure;
5. Be law-abiding, have no tattoos, be upright, and have no criminal record;
6. Fluent spoken English, good image;
7. Education requirements: Technical secondary school or above, junior college is preferred;
