You answered that there are 3 people in the team, including you, so the average monthly sales per capita is less than 70000 dollars. Personally, I think that if the position information is "team leader" or "supervisor", it will be more beneficial than the manager position.

3. I will focus on your personal performance data, including:
1、 What is the average monthly sales volume of your main products. Your answer is that the monthly sales volume is 3000, and the unit price is 35 dollars. According to this amount, the annual sales volume of this single product is about 9 million yuan, more than half of your annual sales volume. But you said earlier that you are responsible for more skus, and your personal sales account for less than 50% of the whole company.

2、 What is your best product, the highest ranking, and the monthly sales volume. You said that the unit price is 35 and the daily order quantity is 300. You have never entered the Top 50, and the highest ranking is 50 in the sub category. I have repeatedly confirmed with you whether the daily sales volume is 300 or the monthly sales volume is 300. You said with a smile that the daily sales volume is 300 and the monthly sales volume is 300.


From the beginning, I brought my computer in to talk with you, even asked about your product category, and operated the computer in your presence. 2. I am not responsible for the interview and recruitment, nor do I know the contact information of the other party. And now there is a tacit understanding between me and the leaders: he knows I want to go, I know he knows I want to go, but everyone has not pierced this layer of window paper. Based on this situation, I will not ask the leader for the contact information of the interviewer, which is unnecessary. Sending this post is really casual and kind. 3. I spent about 40 minutes to introduce the company's supply chain, team and performance to the other party. If the other party wants to see the link, I will also show it to him directly. But the eldest brother didn't ask to see it. I interviewed two operators on behalf of me that day, and another sister asked to see it. I also showed her the store/brand/link in detail. It has nothing to do with whether I want to run. When I was in charge of recruitment in other companies, if the candidate wanted to see it, I would also show him the link directly. There is no need to hide this information. It is also very reasonable for the interviewees to know the specific products and links they want to take over if they are interested in joining.

4. I only asked about the category and sales volume of the previous company when the other party understood the company's situation and intended to continue to communicate, and I only asked about the category, not specific links. The sales volume is about the specific value, and the unit price is what the elder brother said. In fact, I didn't ask. I wanted to simply ask the sales volume value, and this topic was covered. But the elder brother said the unit price himself, and I went over it in my mind, and found that 1800W is not the same as 1800W.

5. I asked a wide range of questions about operation and data analysis. I hope my eldest brother can play his own role, just say something. But Big Brother didn't say his own idea. If he said "click rate will directly affect advertising ranking and CPC bidding" like the one downstairs called Tengyun, that's OK. Although I don't agree with this statement, I won't go into it, because he has his own idea. But the elder brother only said "I value exposure and click", and then he became silent. It was difficult for me to understand more from his silence. Obviously, my level is not enough.
 
In fact, there is no perfect question or perfect answer. But I think it is very important that the interview process has something to say, clear thinking and closed data loop. Let me introspect myself.
