After working for 3 years, there seems to be a fork in the road at work. I'm worried about whether to go left or right...

I operate Amazon in a company integrating industry and trade. Because of some objective problems, half a year after I joined the company, I was the only one left to do Amazon. I was left alone, and it was good to be free. But the boss talked to me a few days ago, which roughly means that the company now only uses me as the platform, There is not much resource support for me. I feel I have a hard time moving forward alone. I will see if I am interested in switching to other platforms (if I have confidence in Amazon, it is OK to stick to this). The company has two options, 1. Do shrimp operation (the boss has logistics resources in Vietnam, and thinks it is more controllable than Amazon in all aspects, and the company has shrimp team, but the target countries are different) 2. Do international station business (the boss has invested a lot of money in this platform, and is expanding personnel)

Why don't I change the company directly? 1. I am interested in the company's exclusive product line. 2. I really don't like Amazon's operation. I chose this position from the crowd as soon as I graduated. Every time when I change my job, I want to change my career, but I am confused and aimless.

The point I'm struggling with now is that I don't know which of these two directions is more suitable for me. Isn't it often said that choice is greater than effort? If I do shrimp operation, it is also the 2C platform. My operating experience should help me adapt quickly, but I heard that this platform has low profit and partial distribution mode. If it is an international station business, my college major is business English, and my oral English is also OK. I have a junior four, but I am not very good at dealing with people, and my personality is also relatively small. Nine meters! Good tangle...

In fact, your biggest problem is that Amazon does not do so well. If you do well or have high income, you will not want to switch to other platforms. The real world is that when you go to Xiapi or the international station, it is still so difficult to do.

The platform is like a siege. People outside want to come in and people inside want to go out.
