The deadline for working years in surveying and mapping business is December 31 of the year of examination, which is calculated as the full anniversary.

The working years of relevant majors refer to the sum of the working hours before and after obtaining the required degree, and refers to the accumulated working hours, that is, the working experience before and after obtaining the relevant degree is included, and the calculation deadline is December 31 of the year of examination. For example, the deadline for registering as a registered surveyor in 2024 is December 31, 2024. For full-time education applicants, their experience during the period before graduation is not included in the relevant professional years.

For example, candidate A, who is going to take the 2024 Certified Surveyor Examination, has a bachelor's degree in surveying and mapping. For a bachelor's degree, the required working years are three years or more. Then, as of December 31, 2024, the working years of candidate A will be three years or more.

Beijing: According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Issuing the Charging Standards for 18 Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examinations, including the Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination (RSTH [2015] No. 278), and the Letter of the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau on the Charging Standards for 17 Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examinations, including the Foreign Language Rank Examination (JFG [2015] No. 2513) stipulates that the charging standard for objective subjects in this exam is 63 yuan per subject, and the charging standard for subjective subjects is 67 yuan per subject.

Shanghai: No registration fees will be charged for this exam.

The qualification of certified surveyor shall be subject to the national unified outline and unified examination materials. Paper and pen, closed book answer.

（1） The stationery carried by the examinee is limited to black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser, ruler, silent calculator without text editing function. Draft paper is available in the examination room for the examiners to use and will be taken back after the examination.

（2） During the examination, the examinee shall enter the examination room with his/her own admission card and ID card (including second-generation ID card, social security card<including photos>, military officer card, Hong Kong and Macao ID card, Taiwan residents' mainland travel pass, overseas passport, excluding expired ID card, first generation ID card, photocopy of ID card and other certificates and certificates), take a seat according to the number, and put the admission card The ID card is on the test table. Those with incomplete certificates are not allowed to enter the examination room. If the information of the examinee, his/her ID card, examination permit is inconsistent with that of the Candidate Registration Book, and if the subject and level of the application are wrong, he/she shall not enter the examination room.

（3） Candidates should protect their answers in the exam, prevent others from plagiarizing, and establish a sense of self-protection and integrity reference. After the examination, if the examination papers are identified as the same ones by technical means, the examination results will be invalid.

（4） The examinees must strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the examination. If there are any violations, they will be dealt with in strict accordance with the Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations in the Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No. 31 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). If a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the judicial organ for handling according to law.

（5） "Surveying and mapping case analysis" is a subjective subject, and the invigilators must remind the examinees that "they must carefully read the examinees' precautions (the second cover of the test paper) and the instructions for answering (the first page of the special answer card) before answering the questions, and use the specified answering tools to answer the questions within the area designated by the special answer card".

The results of the qualification examination for registered surveyor shall be subject to non rolling management.

That is to say, the personnel who take part in the general examination of the qualification examination of registered surveyor must pass all (3) examination subjects in one examination year before they can obtain the qualification certificate of registered surveyor.

Those who are exempt from one subject must pass the remaining two subjects in one examination year before they can obtain the qualification certificate of registered surveyor.

Article 12 The State applies registration practice administration to the qualification of registered surveying and mapping engineers. Personnel who have obtained the "Qualification Certificate of Certified Surveyor of the People's Republic of China" may practice in the name of registered surveying and mapping engineers only after they have been registered.

Article 13 The State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping shall be the registration examination and approval authority for the qualification of registered surveying and mapping engineers. The competent departments of surveying and mapping administration of the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the registration and examination of the qualifications of registered surveying and mapping engineers.

Article 14 A person who applies for registration as a registered surveyor shall be employed by a unit with surveying and mapping qualifications, and shall file an application for registration with the competent department of surveying and mapping administration of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government through the competent department of surveying and mapping administration of the place where the employing unit is located (if the employing unit is an enterprise, it shall be registered with the industrial and commercial administration of the unit).

Article 15 The competent department of surveying and mapping administration of the people's government of a province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government, after receiving the application materials for the registration of the qualification of a registered surveyor, shall, if the application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the legal form, inform the applicant on the spot or within five working days of all the contents that need to be supplemented and corrected at one time. If the department does not inform the applicant within the time limit, it shall be deemed to be accepted as of the date of receiving the application materials.

For accepted or rejected registration applications, a written certificate with the special seal and date of the competent department of surveying and mapping administration of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall be issued.

Article 16 The competent department of surveying and mapping administration of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government shall, within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application for registration, complete the examination of the application materials according to the prescribed conditions and procedures, and submit the application materials and the examination opinions to the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping for examination and approval.
