The WP Downgrade plug-in is used to reduce the version of wordpress. In normal use, when some of our themes and plug-ins are incompatible with the current version of wordpress, and when a bug occurs after the Wordpress version is upgraded, if you insist on using this theme/plug-in, you should give it to wordpress
