How to use Elementor short code elements

Short code is also called short code in WordPress, Elementor Short Code Element (Shortcode Widget) is a very important function calling module. In fact, the simplified code will appear in many WordPress plug-ins and themes, such as Woocommerce, Header Footer Code Manager plug-in, contact form7, Twitter widget or any website API.

Simple code is like encapsulating a long section of content into a module, and then binding a short code. In the future, you can only fill in this short code anywhere on the website to execute the module functions. There is no need to put the lengthy code, functions, etc. in the past, and you can copy and use it indefinitely, which is particularly lightweight.

1. Add Elementor short code to the content editing area

Add a paragraph to the article page or the content editing area of the page, search for "short code" or Shortcode on the left, and drag the short code element to the paragraph on the right.

As shown in the figure below, the blue background indicates that it is an available area, and the mouse is sent successfully.

2. Get short code

Add a page with partial elements from WordPress background>Template>theme Builder. Content can be imported from the materials provided by Elementor Pro.

At this time, you can see the simplified code of the current page automatically generated in the list, and copy it for future use. The [] symbol should also be copied.

3. As shown in the figure below, go back to the added simplified code element, paste the simplified code into it, you should see the effect immediately, update and save it.

At this time, you can also see the effect of refreshing the foreground page. Using the Elementor code, you can repeatedly call the content of a module, saving a lot of time and improving work efficiency.
