Common problems and solutions

The activation fails during the activation process. The main reasons are:

• Activation The test cannot be activated on the local computer. It is recommended to upload to the online server for testing;
• If you use the virtual host of HiChina/AliCloud and activate with the test domain name provided by default, you cannot complete the authorization. Use the registered domain name to resolve any secondary domain name for test activation, and then change it to the official domain name after the official launch;;
• Activation request is blocked. The server uses security software (or CDN), including security dogs and pagoda firewalls, which may be blocked and activated. It is recommended to temporarily disable such software and reactivate it;
• Network problems. The server network used by the user is overseas or unstable, and the activation request may timeout. It is recommended to try several times. Or submit a work order, contact customer service, and the official can authorize activation remotely;
• Number of authorized domain names: each theme supports one website authorization (calculated by the number of websites). The number of sub domain names and top-level domain names will be calculated if they are separate websites. If more websites need authorization, you need to pay an additional authorization fee or purchase the theme again;
• The test domain name was used in the early testing process. After the website goes online, it needs to be replaced with an official domain name. You can submit a service order to apply for canceling the authorization of the previous test domain name, and then reactivate it according to the normal authorization operation.
