There are two ways to create a new site. One is from Session>Quick Connect, and the other is Site>Site Manager>New Site. First, give the FTP connection a name to distinguish different servers.

To download a file, first select the local target folder, and then right click the file on the right side of the figure above to download it.

matters needing attention
Very rarely, you cannot connect to the server normally. Try this method to solve the problem. Go to Parameter Settings>FTP>Data Link Mode in the options. Flashfxp defaults to passive mode. Change it to active mode to see if it can be solved. If not, change it back.
Other functions can be left untouched, which will not affect your normal upload and download of files.
If it is a foreign server, the connection speed is slow. For example, installing WordPress themes and plug-ins can be downloaded and installed directly from the WordPress dashboard, which is much faster.
