Be responsible for the initial reading of the received documents and put forward preliminary handling suggestions and report to the company leaders in a timely manner. Carry out comprehensive implementation and handling according to the leader's approval comments, and supervise and urge the circulation, recycling and archiving of documents. 6. Be responsible for the review and approval, printing, distribution, filing and other work of the documents issued, and guide the tracking, transmission, receipt, filing and safekeeping of various communication documents. 7. Responsible for organizing reception at all levels, handling letters, visits and complaints, correctly grasping the company's policy boundaries, and coordinating all aspects of work and interpersonal relationships. 8. Handle the purchase plan and management of various office facilities, office supplies and living supplies. 9. Constantly strengthen the self construction and team construction of the Administration Department, improve the quality of personnel, improve the efficiency, and timely complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Job requirements 1. More than 5 years of working experience in relevant positions, including more than X years of working experience in commercial property management or property manager, with property manager certificate. 3. Have comprehensive and overall management knowledge and control ability, and be familiar with engineering maintenance, fire protection, security, monitoring, cleaning and other management processes. 4. Be familiar with policies, regulations and industry development related to property management. 5. Strong communication and coordination ability, strong sense of service, high sense of responsibility and cooperation, good professional ethics, and able to work under pressure.
