[Job Responsibilities]1. Formulate and improve the hotel's various training management systems.2. Assist the superior to analyze the daily training needs of all departments of the hotel.3. Be responsible for the induction training of new employees.The service of inviting external personnel to the store for training.4. Be responsible for the training of public foreign languages, industry quality awareness and hotel rules and regulations for all employees of the hotel.5. Collect quarterly and monthly training plans and preliminary review of each department.6. Assist the superior in training the business training principals of each department in skills and knowledge.7. Edit the latest hotel management and information materials, and recommend them to all departments and staff.Job Requirements1. College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.2. Good communication and coordination skills.3. Have strong comprehensive ability in writing and oral expression.3. Be able to formulate the overall training plan and implementation plan of the hotel according to the talent needs of the hotel's operation and development.4. Knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and hotel management theory.5. Be familiar with the rules, characteristics and job training procedures of employees.
