Job Responsibility: Job responsibilities: 1.Mop, dust, wax, polish, sweep, vacuum all public areas and staff areas as assigned i.e. lobby, lifts, staff locker room, corridors etc. Mop, dust, wax, polish, cleaning, vacuuming all public areas and designated employee areas, such as lobby, elevator, employee locker room, corridor, etc. 2.Maintain, clean, disinfect public area, rest rooms and employee locker rooms, air conditioning vents, walls, lamps, elevators, carpets, floors and marble precisely according to trained and established methods. Maintain, clean and disinfect public areas, toilets and staff changing rooms, air conditioning vents, walls, lamps, elevators, carpets, floors and marble in strict accordance with the training and establishment methods. 3.Replenish and record consumption of public area rest room supplies daily, assists guests in using the public area comfort facilities and practices courtesy towards guests at all times in a pleasant and helpful manner. Supplement and record the consumption of toilet articles in the public area every day, assist the guests to use the comfortable facilities in the public area, and treat the guests in a pleasant and helpful manner at all times. 4.Know and adhere strictly to Lost & Found procedures. Understand and strictly follow the lost and found procedures. 5.Re-arrange furniture layout whenever necessary. Re arrange the furniture layout if necessary. 6.Empty litter bins and ashtrays regularly according to procedures. Must be ready to attend training program to improve his efficiency. You must be prepared to attend training courses to improve your efficiency. 7.Alert, well informed about the Hotel and able to work during peak hours rapidly, maintaining a constant standard of performance. Keep the clean machine in good condition. 9.Report to Supervisor any sickness or unusual behavior of guests. Report any discomfort or abnormal behavior of the guest to the supervisor. Job Requirements: Job requirements: 1.Equivalent of Middle School Graduate preferable. The same degree, senior high school or above is preferred. 2.Previous hotel-related experience beneficial. Hotel related work experience is preferred.
