The Measures pointed out that in the process of investigating and dealing with illegal acts such as land, minerals and surveying and mapping, natural resources departments should transfer cases to public security organs according to law if they find that units or individuals illegally occupy agricultural land, illegally mine and damage surveying and mapping infrastructure, which meet the standards for criminal prosecution and are suspected of non duty crimes, And send a copy to the procuratorial organ with jurisdiction for administrative supervision.
