We will strengthen the construction of judicial protection and restoration bases for regional ecological environment, actively apply responsibility bearing methods such as replanting and reforestation, proliferation and releasing, and labor compensation, and explore the model of "restorative judicial practice+socialized comprehensive governance". We will explore the construction of an integrated judicial protection mechanism, improve the construction of a judicial cooperation mechanism for centralized jurisdiction of environmental and resource cases, effectively give play to the intelligent effect of information technology in administrative law enforcement, criminal investigation, procuratorial performance, and environmental justice, and improve the service capacity of cross regional environmental litigation. Strengthen the coordination and linkage between the Public Security, Procuratorate and Law Enforcement Department, government law enforcement departments and administrative law enforcement agencies, and build a platform for entrusted service, entrusted evidence collection, entrusted implementation, joint publicity, research and exchange, and information sharing.
