In order to effectively promote the governance and judicial connection of serious violations and dishonesty, further strengthen the management and information sharing of effective legal documents of the People's Court included in the serious violations and dishonesty list, and improve the joint punishment mechanism for dishonesty, Karamay Intermediate People's Court and Karamay Market Supervision Administration jointly issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Management Cooperation of Serious Violations and dishonesty List (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions).
The Opinions clarifies the work responsibilities of both parties, and clearly stipulates the scope, cooperation basis, cooperation content, work process and data sharing channels for inclusion in the serious violations and dishonesty list. The court shall timely push the information of the dishonest cases that meet the conditions to the Market Supervision Bureau. The Market Supervision Bureau, based on the information provided by the court, will focus on the supervision and punishment of dishonest personnel. Through close cooperation between the two sides, further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of punishment of dishonest personnel, and better maintain market order and fair competition.
The relevant person in charge of Karamay Intermediate People's Court said that, in the next step, the court will give full play to its functional advantages, continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with the market supervision department, share the information of dishonest personnel, and form a joint disciplinary mechanism for dishonesty of "one violation, and one restriction".
