In 2022, I and I borrowed 119000 yuan from A due to the difficulty of capital turnover. When the loan matures at the end of 2023, the two people always refuse to repay for various reasons. A Mou sued them to the Yining County People's Court. In February this year, the court ruled that Oumou and Yingmou would repay Mr. A 119000 yuan after the judgment came into effect.
However, after the judgment came into effect, they still failed to repay. On March 6, A applied for compulsory execution. After inquiry, the executive judge learned that Yingmou was an employee of a company in Urumqi and had a fixed salary income. The execution judge contacted the person subjected to execution for many times to interpret the law, hoping that they would take the initiative to perform their obligations, but the two refused to cooperate with the case execution. The executive judge immediately froze the property under the names of the two persons. In view of the fact that the two persons did not cooperate with the court from the beginning and still evaded execution at the execution stage, the executive judge included the two persons to be executed in the list of dishonest persons according to law and forwarded the exposed video to the persons to be executed. Three days after the release of the exposure information, I and Ying handed over all the case funds to the People's Court of Yining County, and took the initiative to admit the error to the executive judge.
In the future, the People's Court of Yining County will regularly expose the list of dishonest persons to the public through multiple channels and forms, forming a general pattern of joint punishment of "one dishonest person, and one restricted person".
