On January 22, after receiving the loan, A Mou expressed his gratitude to the case handling judge of Huocheng County People's Court.

A, who lives in Shuiding Town, Huocheng County, and Mu, who lives in Qingshuihe Town, Huocheng County, are friends. In June 2021, in order to support Mu to develop livestock breeding, A lent Mu 11000 yuan and promised no interest. Both parties agreed to repay the principal within two years. In June 2023, after paying 2000 yuan, Mr. Mu blacked out Mr. A's mobile phone and WeChat, and no one was found at his home.

On January 4, A appealed Mu to the People's Court of Huocheng County. The judge in charge of the expedited adjudication group of the filing court of the court contacted Mr. Mu after many inquiries and informed both parties to go to the court for mediation on January 22.
