In 2023, the Justice Bureau of Atushi City will launch the "legal expert clinic", and invite legal professionals from law firms, judicial bureaus, courts, procuratorates, public security bureaus and other legal professionals to regularly visit 10 public legal service stations (offices) in towns (streets), so that people can enjoy convenient, fast and efficient legal services at home.

Guo Xirong, head of the Public Legal Service Management Section of the Atushi Municipal Bureau of Justice, said: "Legal experts are not only mediators of conflicts and disputes, but also consultants of legal affairs, propagandists of legal knowledge, and legal staff members to standardize the management of village affairs."

The public legal service station (room) is the smallest unit of the public legal service entity platform. Since 2023, Xinjiang has accelerated the construction of a modern public legal service system that covers urban and rural areas, is convenient, efficient, equitable and inclusive.

Altay has built a public legal service circle of "half an hour in urban areas and one hour in rural areas", established 60 public legal service workstations in townships (towns and streets) and 535 public legal service studios in villages (communities), and provided "one-stop" services for rural people.

Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture integrates public legal services into the residents' discussion brand, organizes lawyers, notaries, judicial experts and other legal service workers to participate in the residents' discussion, and meets the needs of all ethnic groups for all-round and full chain legal services.

Urumqi has successively introduced intelligent devices such as legal robots, Internet law firms, public legal service touch query machines, and law popularization and publicity all-in-one machines to actively promote the deep integration of public legal services and science and technology.

No running errands, fingertip offices, and online public legal services in Xinjiang make people "touch-screen accessible". In 2023, there will be more than 900 legal service workers on duty on 12348 Xinjiang Public Legal Service Hotline in turn, and more than 124000 people will answer and consult free of charge.

From the "window" to the "door", the five level public legal service centers, stations and offices in Xinjiang have really started from the practical needs of the masses and written an answer sheet to the satisfaction of the masses.
