During this period, the cadres of Tohura Judicial Office, taking advantage of the characteristics of large flow of people and extensive education in Bazaar, publicized and explained the laws and regulations closely related to the people's life by setting up a legal advisory desk, distributing publicity materials and other forms, which attracted wide attention from the masses and answered the difficult and complicated legal problems encountered by the masses on the spot. This activity distributed more than 600 publicity materials on the rule of law, answered more than 10 legal consultations, and educated more than 600 people.
This activity further enhanced the people's legal awareness and concept of rule of law, narrowed the distance with the people, helped the people develop the habit of doing things according to law, finding the law in case of trouble, solving problems, using the law to resolve contradictions, and created a good legal environment for promoting the construction of the rule of law.
