It is reported that Mu is a herdsman. In 2015, due to the urgent need for funds, we signed the Farmer Guarantee Loan Contract with a bank, and the credit line of the bank was 100000 yuan. Later, both parties agreed on the calculation method of interest and default interest, and the repayment date and method in detail. Mu's wife, Hai, signed a letter of commitment for joint repayment and assumed joint repayment responsibility. A bank granted a loan of 100000 yuan to Mr. Mu according to the contract. However, Mr. Mu has not paid off the loan since the maturity of the loan in 2016. A bank has negotiated with Mr. Mu several times to fulfill the repayment obligation according to the contract, and Mr. Mu has always failed to repay due to economic difficulties. In March this year, a bank sued Mu and his wife to Changji People's Court.
After receiving the case, the judge in charge actively contacted both parties to understand the specific situation. In the process of contacting Mr. Mu and his wife, the judge learned that he lived in Jinlaoba Village, Miaoergou Township, which was inconvenient for him to come to the urban area. After communicating with a bank staff, he agreed to go to Mr. Mu's home to solve the problem.
On July 21, the circuit court was set up in Mu. During the mediation process, the judge carefully listened to the opinions of both parties, understood the specific demands, communicated with each other from the legal and reasonable aspects, and finally the two parties reached a repayment agreement. Mr. Mu paid 20000 yuan in court and said that he would work hard to make money this year to pay off the remaining loans.
