At 9:20 on July 12, a 40 year old man came to the Mansin Police Station of Yingjisha County Public Security Bureau to ask for help from the police on duty.

After learning about the situation, the police learned that the man surnamed Tang received a phone call at 9:00 that morning. The other party claimed to be a police officer of a city and asked him to go to the Public Security Bureau to assist in investigating a criminal case. Recalling that a few days ago, the police in the area under jurisdiction publicized similar telecom network fraud, Mr. Tang suspected that it was a fraud call and took the initiative to go to the police station to check with the police.

While carrying out identity verification with suspected fraudsters, the police carried out routine verification of Tang's identity information, and found that Tang was really a fugitive, who was currently being pursued online.

After verifying the identity, the police took Tang to the case handling area.

According to the investigation, in September 2020, Tang fought with others in Fujian Province, causing minor injuries to the other party. On July 12, Tang was wanted online by Fujian public security authorities for suspected intentional injury. Just three hours after being listed as the wanted person on the Internet, Mr. Tang was captured by the Yingjisha County Public Security Bureau according to law. At present, the case is under further investigation.
