After receiving the clue of the applicant for execution, the Executive Bureau of Toutunhe District People's Court quickly attacked and successfully detained the vehicle involved. In the process of detention, the executing police interpreted the law and reason of the third person who interfered with the detention procedure, and contacted the person being executed, Mr. Zhang. After the implementation of the responsibilities and obligations of the police, Zhang, the person to be implemented, said that he would actively perform the obligations of effective legal documents.
Subsequently, the enforcement police carefully checked the vehicle information, made a seizure list, and counted the items in the vehicle, and then successfully seized the vehicle involved, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the applicant for enforcement.

"Execution 110" opened a 24-hour hotline, and implemented a regular duty system. The "executive police+judicial police" were on duty around the clock to accept clues, take measures and dispatch in time.
"After the applicant for enforcement reported the specific whereabouts or property clues of the person subjected to enforcement to the court's executive bureau, the 'Implementation 110' team immediately dispatched and organized the police to take timely action to ensure a quick response after receiving the alarm, and combined the applicant's real-time report with the attack of the implementation work."
