In 2021, the court accepted the case of Niu and others suspected of counterfeiting registered trademarks. The defendant Niu was introduced by others and, without authorization, used fake brand animal husbandry salt packaging bags with others to fill bulk raw salt for sale, which infringed on others' exclusive right to use registered trademarks, and was sentenced by the court to one year and six months of fixed-term imprisonment, three years of probation, and a fine of 20000 yuan.

After the case entered the execution stage, Niu, the person subjected to execution, refused to perform his legal obligations. The executive judge patiently explained the relevant laws and regulations of intellectual property to him, and clearly informed him of the legal consequences of his refusal to perform or resist execution.

After the execution judge interpreted the law and analyzed the reason, Niu, the person subjected to execution, realized the damage caused by the infringement to the society and paid all the case funds.
