Recently, the fraud of posing as a military police has occurred frequently. What is the best way to expose the fraud? Genuine military police appear to reveal the fraud routine.

On the morning of March 25, in the conference room of Beiyuan Community, Xingfu Road Street, Alar City, the First Division of the Corps, the meeting between the military and police organized by the Alar City Public Security Bureau of the First Division was in progress. More than 200 merchants in the area gathered to listen to the stories of the military and police officers who pretended to be military and police officers.

The meeting was presided over by Li Qiang, Chief of the Publicity Section of the Political Department of the Alar Public Security Bureau of the First Division. The members of the "backup team" included Zhang Zhaogang, the director of the Xingfu Road police station in the area under their jurisdiction, Li Tengfei, a member of the Armed Police Department, Li Yang, a firefighter of the Alar Fire Rescue Brigade of the Aksu Fire Rescue Detachment, and other personnel.

Xingfu Road Police Station is located in a prosperous area, with many merchants in the area under its jurisdiction. Since this year, there have been many frauds of posing as military police. The meeting was a law popularization activity customized for merchants by the Division Municipal Public Security Bureau in conjunction with multiple departments, and explained the military and police procurement process to merchants.

At the beginning of the meeting, Li Qiang asked, "Have all the shopkeepers here ever met with any scams of posing as military police?"

"Yes! I understand this situation, but I didn't believe it," said one merchant.

"You have done very well! Now we ask the public security police, armed police soldiers and fire fighters to explain the procurement process of military police units in turn," said Li Qiang.

Li Tengfei gave a detailed introduction to the army's material procurement process, and stressed: "Before we purchase each item of material, we will invite public bidding. Even if we buy a pair of insoles, we must follow the bidding process, and there will never be a case where the merchants will pay for WeChat orders. Here we remind everyone: 'military and police personnel' who order materials through WeChat or telephone are all cheats!"

Li Yang's words were more straightforward: "Fire rescue is really urgent, but we don't eat 'self heating rice' and cans every day. Those who order a large number of fast food products on WeChat and ask you to pay for them are fraud."

"Before the public security organ catches the criminal suspect, it has mastered the relevant evidence, made sufficient preparations, and is going to arrest people. How can it tell you in advance? Those who say that you have committed an offence and will arrest you if they do not follow their requirements are all liars." Zhang Zhaogang answered.

At the same time, the meeting was broadcasted live through the "First Division Public Security" and "Alar Release" accounts, and the audience included not only merchants in the jurisdiction but also netizens from all over the country. The live broadcast started only half an hour ago, and the number of people in the live broadcast room has exceeded 10000. Fans left messages saying "True military police come to popularize law! Don't believe that pie will fall from the sky".

Merchants all said that they would not be led by strangers on the Internet in the future.

"Now do you think I'm not that stupid and won't be fooled?" Li Qiang struck while the iron was hot, "please provide us with your family or friends' mobile phone numbers, and we'll test them on the spot to see if anyone has been fooled."

Later, Zhang Zhaogang dialed the mobile phone number of a merchant's family, and pretended to be a military police officer to order goods, so that the other party could remit money. The other party easily believed Zhang Zhaogang's words and was ready to remit money to order materials.

Zhang Zhaogang changed his role in time and said to the crowd: "I am the first division public security police. Just now, it was a simulated fraud drill. Your awareness of fraud prevention is weak. Later, we will arrange special personnel to visit and popularize the law. I hope that when you receive similar calls in the future, you will resolutely refuse and call the police to avoid economic losses."

Through this meeting, more than 43000 people were educated online and offline.

On the same day, the military police meeting also went to other two communities in the area. "Later, we will continue to improve and optimize the form and content of the meeting, so that everyone can truly know and the whole people can fight against fraud," Li Qiang told reporters.
